Swim said the mumma fishy........

We had SO much fun thismorning..
Molly had her 2nd swimming lesson (i couldn't take pictures of the first lesson)
But Scott came today and got some shots of our little fishy!!

She LOVES the water!!

It's a great little class, we sing humpty dumpty, old macdonald, the hokey pokey and heaps of other fun songs. All the babies laughed the whole way through!

They had this swim mat, the instructor walks (or crawls) the babies down to their mummies, then they 'fall' them into the water, then swin them back to the mat !

The next 3 are in succession, I swam her under the water to the instuctor (pic 1)
The instructor swam her under the water (pic 2)
Then up to me (pic 3)
She LOVED it. Was so much better than last week.

Hayley - They showed me a little trick... you blow into their faces a second before they go under & that makes them close their whole faces up - it's really cool. I never knew how the babies didn't swallow & choke on the water!!

Jes, NEVER too late to start classes, they have so much fun & learn a skill for life!!
Haha, sounds like an ad for swimsafe. It's true though, it's a skill that Molly will never forget, and living close to water, i think it's something that I should have done with Hallie & Dani a long time ago (shut up mum!)

*Mum booked the kids into lessons years ago, and I never took them*

I love all these pictures!

Its extraordinary isn't it.

I hold Bradman about 2m from the edge and he swims underwater and then pulls himself out of the pool. I love that they teach the bubs to get out of the pool.

Now, he is always swimming in the bath. Flipping onto his tummy and 'swimming'.

Jen, dont you love the names of each group. "Tadpoles..yabbies etc.."
